Once you have booked and paid for your class[es] you will receive a yoga waiver form and your Zoom registration via email (for virtual sessions). After your waiver is received you will receive a confirmation email with the details for our upcoming session.

My unique style of yoga mixes Vinyasa Yoga (which helps to lower stress and anxiety, etc.) and Power Yoga together (which improves circulation and the immune system). By combining these extraordinarily healthy Yoga techniques, we are able to strengthen the muscles throughout the body by targeting the abdomen, arms, legs, back, and glutes while simultaneously feeling invigorated and energized.

In my home studio, I have specifically reserved space for regrouping, reprogramming, and teaching yoga to all. Once tuned in, all participants will have full-screen access to me along with all instructions and exercises.

You must have a Zoom account to register for the class. Zoom is free!
​
* A waiver is required to attend class! You will only need to complete a waiver once. However, if there are any changes in your health, please notify me of any changes. This will allow me better assist you!

Sunday class: Morning Flow (9:30 am-10:30 am)- Begin your day with an energizing flow that will awaken your body and spirit to help create balance as you begin your day.

Monday class: Restorative Yoga (7 pm- 8 pm)- Deepen your practice and knowledge of asanas, as we flow into a deeply restful, and relaxed flow.
